Google plans to build a major campus around Diridon Station just South of the SAP Center in San Jose.
The tech company has spent more than $300 million buying old industrial buildings, parking lots and small businesses surrounding Diridon Station with a footprint spanning over a mile long.
Google will be outlining their plans for the offices, housing and other parts of the project on the properties acquired from the city and private sellers.

The proposed project still needs a formal environmental review, providing estimates of the effects on wildlife and traffic, then the project will need to go through multiple city departments and finally to the city council for approval.
