SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO – An 8-month-old French bulldog has been returned to its owner a month after being stolen during a hotel room invasion robbery in South San Francisco, authorities said.
The robbery was reported at 11:30 p.m. June 29 at a hotel on the 300 block of South Airport Boulevard.
The suspects forced their way into the victim’s room, attacked and hit him with a weapon, and stole the dog, which was worth several thousand dollars, the South San Francisco Police Department said in a news release Friday.
Police said three suspects were arrested Wednesday in Fremont. The dog was also recovered and returned to its owner.
